Tecumseh manufactures 3 different sizes of decanter centrifuges with rotating assemblies ranging from 16" diameter x 55" long up to 20" diameter x 75" long, built to meet our strict Quality Assurance/Quality Control requirements with the best fit and finish in the business. Tecumseh offers high performance full variable speed models as well as simpler units with fixed speed main drives and conveyor drives, all of which are available for hazardous locations. All of our centrifuges come standard with some favorable features including lid lifting springs, main bearing shut down switches, vibration switches, stainless steel coffins and stainless steel rotating assemblies. Tecumseh centrifuges are all fitted with our exclusive high torque 3 stage planetary gearbox for maximum efficiency and solids loading performance. Our direct drive conveyor drive system also adds efficiency to the equation while at the same time eliminates the need for belts and sheaves providing a more reliable and trouble free conveyor drive. Tecumseh also offers built in barite recovery hardware and additional effluent discharge options making Tecumseh centrifuges the most user friendly in the business.
