This fixed conveyor centrifuge is the basic model of centrifuge that we manufacture. This centrifuge comes equipped with a 2 speed main drive and a fixed conveyor, which allows operators to change the bowl speed for different applications. The conveyor or differential speed is only adjustable by means of the main drive or bowl speed adjustment.

The 2 main drive speeds are accomplished by using a 2 step sheave design along with a 60hp explosion proof electric motor.

By simply changing the main drive belt configuration, operators can change the main drive operating speed to accommodate high speed or low speed applications (barite removal or fluid polishing).

This model is manufactured with an electronic soft start or a fluid coupling type soft start. Please note that the model with the fluid coupling has a larger footprint.

The FMFC centrifuge comes with a very simple conveyor drive and over-torque system, which reduces power requirements and makes for a very cost effective solution for your centrifuge needs.

Differential: 47 RPM (other differential speeds can be achieved with different gearbox ratios)
